Food Hall

The Food Hall at Emley Show showcases a wide range of local food and drink providers. To book a stand within the Food Hall, please read the below terms and conditions before submitting your booking:

1. The Food Hall is for the purpose of selling pre-prepared food; if you are interested in providing a catering service, please contact foodhall@emleyshow.co.uk and we will pass your details to our catering provider.
2. If you require a power supply you will need to request this when submitting your booking form, which is charged at a cost of £25 per socket and all electrical equipment must be PAT tested. You cannot bring your own generator to the Food Hall. If you request power to be provided, please ensure you have requested sufficient for your needs – the use of extension cables is not permitted.
3. Your plot will be white lined and you can display your product however you wish within the white lines.
4. You must bring your own display table and chairs.
5. Each stand includes 2 entry tickets and 1 car pass, which will be posted to you two weeks before the show. If you require additional entry tickets, please purchase these here.
6. Stands in the Food Hall are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and all payment and documentation must be provided before your stand is assigned.
7. On the day of the show, your stand in the Food Hall must be set up by 8.30am. Please note there is no vehicle movement permitted on the showground between 8am and 5pm.
8. PLEASE NOTE: Before being able to complete this form, you will need to first complete a risk assessment (sample file below) and also have a copy of your Public Liability Insurance document and any other relevant documentation (e.g. Food Hygiene certification) – please upload these files using the booking form to below.
