Huddersfield Allotments and Gardens Federation

Held with the kind permission of the Emley Show Society at Factory Farm, Emley Moor, HD89TE,
Saturday 2nd August 2025

Entries will be taken at the show between 4pm and 9pm n the Friday night and bewteen 7:30am and 9:30am on Staurday morning, if possible please have your entry form comleted before you arrive at the desk. Entry forms will also be available at the entry desk at the show.
There will be no entry charge for any of our classes.
A maximum of 2 exhibits per person per class will be allowed.
Entry cards will be provided for each exhibit and these should be placed face down under the exhibit.
Judging will take place at 10am with the tent closed except for officials.
Plates, vases and sand will be provided by the federation.
Presentation of trophies will take place at 3pm.
Where trophies are decided by points these will be awarded as follows: 1st 5 points, 2nd 3 points, 3rd 1 point.
Prize money for vegetable and flower classes will be: 1st £5, 2nd £3, 3rd £1 or equivalent vouchers. Rosettes and a gift will be awarded in the children’s classes. The prizes will be available for collection after the trophy presentation.
The decision of the judge is final and all matters in dispute will be settled by the show secretary.
Exhibits must not be removed from the show bench before 4:30pm.
Exhibits not removed by 5pm will be sold or given away.

Please note on the orders of the Emley Show Committee, all vehicles must be removed from the showground before 9am on Saturday morning.
