To book a stand within the Artisan Market, please complete read the terms and conditions and complete the form. Please read these terms of sale carefully to ensure that you understand what you are agreeing to at the time of purchase.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All food/drink sold in the Artisan Market should be pre-prepared and not to provide on-site catering services. If you are interested in selling food/drink for consumption on the showground, please contact our catering provider enquiries@specialeventbars.co.uk
- The Artisan Market is provided by Emley Show Society, a(n) Private Limited Company formed in England (“us,” “we,” “our”) as this Terms of Service contains important information regarding limitations of our liability. Our company registration number is 02731384. Our address is 14 High Street, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD1 2HA
- Please note that all purchases are final. If you choose to cancel your purchase 1 month or more before the date of the show then a 50% refund will be offered. If you choose to cancel less than 1 month before the date of the show then no refund will be given.
- If you require a power supply, please request this in your booking form below. This is charged at £25 per 13-amp socket and all electrical equipment must be PAT tested. You cannot bring your own generator, and if you do request power to be provided, please ensure you have requested sufficient for your needs – the use of extension cables is not permitted.
- Each stand is 2.5m x 2.5m and costs £100, and double or triple stands can be booked for a reduced rate (£190 for double stand, £280 for a triple stand). The price includes:
a. 2 entry tickets for exhibitors (additional tickets can be purchased here)
b. 1 car parking pass
c. 1 table and 2 chairs per plot
- Each stand is 2.5m x 2.5m and costs £100, and double or triple stands can be booked for a reduced rate (£190 for double stand, £280 for a triple stand). The price includes:
