With multiple rings, competitions running throughout the day, trade stands, food and family activities, there’s plenty to see. A little bit of planning goes a long way. But don’t worry, you can just wander and enjoy it too.

A chance to see real skill and precision up close.

A firm favourite, with lots of picture opportunities. Little ones love this section.

Home, hobby & produce classes

Baking, crafts, photography and more.

Trade stands & shopping

Food, gifts, rural supplies and plenty in between. Fun games and competitions to try and win prizes.

From quick bites to proper sit-down options across the showground.

The show runs throughout the day, with different areas starting at different times.

  • Main rings and livestock classes - Begin from around 10am onwards, with judging continuing throughout the day.
  • Equestrian rings - Some classes start earlier, from around 8:30am, and run across the day.
  • Demonstrations & displays - Scheduled at intervals — keep an eye out on the day for timings and announcements.

There’s no set way to do Emley Show.

Some people come for the competitions, others for the shopping, the food, or just the atmosphere. Whether you plan it all out or take it as it comes, you’ll find plenty to fill your day.
