The Honey Section is run in partnership with the Wakefield and Pontefract Beekeepers Association, bringing together experienced beekeepers and enthusiasts from across the region.
This is a highly skilled and detailed class, showcasing the quality and craftsmanship behind honey production. From beautifully presented jars and cut comb to beeswax creations and mead, each exhibit reflects the care and knowledge that goes into working with bees.
With both open classes and Yorkshire Beekeepers’ Association competitions, it’s a fantastic opportunity to see the very best of local beekeeping on display.
